Refunds are generally not available for charges older than 14 days, or for partial billing periods remaining after cancellation. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion. If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 14-day window, please contact us — we will review your situation and work with you fairly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse (e.g. repeatedly subscribing and refunding), fraud, or clear violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for denial.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
